Hills and Rivers Local Council of Covenant of the Goddess serves the Wicca and Witchcraft communities of PA, WV and western NY. Covenant of the Goddess is a national organization that for 39 years has been at the forefront of the right to establish Wicca as a legitimate legally recognized religion in the United States. CoG has worked in advocacy, provided a network, and granted clergy credentials to qualified members. It is one of largest organizations of its type.
